This mobile home is in an All Ages (Family)Park in Santa Paula, CA. The home ultimately sold for $65,000. We got it from the bank and the person who was evicted had not only totally trashed it, but had removed cabinets, sinks, counter-tops and doors. After that rotting garbage was thrown overall all the floors and left in a hot, closed mobile home. Here is what we started with.

The kitchen was full of rotting garbage, all countertops, top cabinets removed, grease so thick it had to be dug out of some areas.
